Based in Johannesburg, she connects long-term vision with execution – designing new service models, strengthening operational maturity, and translating data into strategic decisions.
Zandile brings seven years of experience from McKinsey & Company, including leading McKinsey Forward, a global EdTech program reaching 200,000+ professionals across 60+ countries during her tenure. A Metallurgical Engineer by training, she holds BEng and BEng (Hons) degrees from the University of Pretoria.
